Unopened product returns accepted within 14 days of purchase.
Opened or used products are non-refundable for safety reasons.
Allergic Reactions:
In the rare event that you experience an allergic reaction to one of our products, please discontinue use immediately. We kindly ask that you email clear photos of the reaction, along with a brief description of symptoms, to Topmassagepros@gmail.com within 48 hours of noticing the reaction. This information allows us to consult with our brand representatives to better understand the cause and ensure your safety.
Once your photos and details have been reviewed, we are happy to offer either a refund or an exchange for another product. For exchanges, any price difference between products will be the responsibility of the client and must be paid at the time of the exchange.
